1. Shower Daily

In the winter it can be easy (and healthy for your skin) to not shower every day. But in the summer it becomes crucial for smell and keeping your pores breathing. Bonus Tip: consider using a non-scented emollient to avoid irritations caused by some ingredients.

2. Use a toner with SALYCYLIC

3. Wear Breathable Clothing

4. Avoid Backpacks

Backpacks are a top culprit of back sweat because they literally stop your pores from breathing. Consider a cool messenger bag for longer walks, and if you can't avoid it, try taking it off from time to time. 

5. Drink Water

When you sweat you lose water, and replenishing your fluids lets your sweat keep flowing and your pores clean. This is especially true if you're enjoying summer beverages with alcohol.
